Dude, there's nothing to decide. They are FUBAR.
It would be suicide to fit them.
Ok, if they let go at 20MPH, the chances are you can stop the car and walk away.
But if they let go at 70, the car could flip, it's been done before.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THOSE MOUNTS AGAIN.
I'm not the biggest fan of health and safety but for christs sake, throw them in the bin, they could end your life.

Well Charlie mate, although I know no better and I ain't seen them, I think I'd heed Doc's & Smiffy's comments and bin 'em. I know it's gonna cost you but the potential outcome ain't worth the risk!

Have you tried Medway or Plaidies?
