You're post there reminded me, I meant to ask ages ago, how the fuck does one do a screen capture like what you did there?

Get up what you want on screen, press the button that says "PRNT SCRN" (usually to the right of your BACKSPACE key but dependent on keyboard design).

Everything you're viewing is now copied to the CLIPBOARD. Paste it (Ctrl + V) into PAINT then you can edit / crop /save as a .jpg

If you press ALT & PRNT SCRN together it will copy JUST the active window and not the whole screen.

(these screenshots can be pasted into other apps like WORD too).

Oh, and until you get the hang of it make sure you're not accidently capturing any sensitive information in the screenshots (i've seen them with bank account details written in the FAVORITES window for example)...
