It wasn't stopped Phil but the rolling age was stopped ie 20 years old or whatever it was at the time. So now it's pre the frozen date of those eligible vehicles that had it already.

yes indeed WTG is quite right about the rolling 25 year date. What we finally ended up with, was anything older than K reg (first time around) at the time of the first labour budget was exempt, and anything after didn't.

On further examination most of our big companies and institutions are foreign owned, mostly
Chinese, Arabs and Indians, in that order
In essence, they could shut us down overnight. but then they bought in for investment ...right!!!!!

The frightening thing is, they are all societies that we have royally fucked over, on numerous occasions. So meh!!
