Just out of curiosity, do fat people smoke? Most of the people i know who smoke (which given isn't many) are super skinny, and i'm wondering if it is the way to go?

I know alot of fat people that smoke.
Smoking is one of many appetite suppresants, so it almost kinda follows that if you smoke you'll want to eat less, if you then stop your appetite increases, but, as said above, you tend to eat more anyway as you miss having something to do with your hands.

If you're a fat person you run different risks to your cardio-vascular system than a smoker, if you smoke as well you're risking the double whammy.

Yes, loads of "weight-challenged " people smoke and if you want to see them there's sure to several in the smoking Gardens of the Working mens club or British Legion near to you, should you be sufficiently motivated to do the research!

So 8 wanks a day will virtually negate most of your average calorific intake (if sticking to 2500 calories a day) and give you somthng to do with your hands - of course the endorphin release will make you feel happy and relaxed too. So very good for helping you get to sleep.

Nargh point was i was looking at a friends holidays snaps and not only is she drop dead gorgeous, but skinny as a rake (but top heavy) and smokes like a chimney, so there has got to be something in it.
