I know! The irony is, I checked the cap, spring felt fine, and it's new, hence I'm thinking "cant be the cap"... erm... yeah...
Still, the motor cant be that bad, even with a wank cap it's used no water at all.

Will replace it tomorrow with an old one, since it appears anything I buy that is brand new fails in seconds lately...
