no, the fact that it's on a stage carriage bus route, and in theory the route speed should not exceed the speed limit at any time.

It's a weird piece of legislation from ancient times, which I don't believe has ever been updated. don't forget, back in the 1950's, buses could only rarely have a top speed higher than 30mph flat out!!!
They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away...
but now that most of them are muslim, I find bacon and sausages work better!

aside from most evening Clevedon journeys, where you have to exceed the speed limit by 15% across the whole route to get to the terminus at the appointed time. 12year old network planners FTL...

I thought prototypes were issued with a restricted road use licence by the man form the ministry?
