Oh come on, if its for a girl (even THAT girl) a mini would be a waste. You want something like this, but in pink, with furry pink dashboard, a teasmade, a selection of cuddly toys and a "powered by fairy dust" sticker on the back.

Look, nice tea trays in the back for afternoon tea....

Of course if I was building my dream car it would be one of these:

No, not an Allegro, have you seen how RARE they are?

And that ho on the last picture... I think Mickey has the description about right with those flared arches!

I'd love an allegro, although it would have to the quartic wheeled beast for me, which is almost unique now I think...

Well, yes, it is for THAT woman, but it'll be a fun project for me to do, Dad's interested too, and whilst I haven't quite got to the point of hating working on cars in general yet, I'd like to do a full resto on something proper, and ya know, after doing buses, any car is piss easy! but the emphasis will be on having some fun doing it, taking me back to my yoof, and K gets a cool car out of it, then the 205 goes to my Niece as a first hack about see. All in the planning aye!

Still think a nicely modded AllAgro would be a much better bet than the Mini. I mean, K cant be getting any younger and they are a bugger to get in and out of are minis ((((Runs like fuck....))))

K's still plenty nimble enough for a mini, and she wants one, so ya know, who am I to argue witha female?!

OMFG, shame it's on an EA chassis not the FG chassis, but christ thats sexy. 440 chassis too, so it should stop and handle, unlike mine, but with a piddly little engine ina straight line mine would murder it!
Tempted though...

That 1130 flat 4 is a cracking engine although I prefer the GS(A) Not a bad motor that though.
