Utter shite. Decided they dont want to employ a fat bastard - went for a "bank nurse" job to get some experience they said I was lacking, and they didnt even give me that as they said my nursing experience wasnt quite what they were looking for???? I mean WTF??? A&E, ICU, Orthopods, CMHT, SMS and alcohol, with further qulifiations in brief interventions, counseling (level 3) and CBT as well as being up to date with ITEP.

Always ask for feedback if unsuccessful and if you are not satisfied with their answer, kick ass.
After a while they realise that they need to show you more respect.
Also make sure they know what you want out of the job as well.
It's always worked for me anyway.
